Terms and Conditions
-Appropriate protective equipment should be worn at all times.
-Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-It is always at the parent’s discretion as to the age of the rider.
-Revvi products are not to be used on public highways (roads/pavements), they must be used on private property with owners consent,
We accept payment via Paypal, credit/debit card online or over the phone and bank transfer. Items will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
-Please allow 1 working day from your order for it to be dispatched.
-UK mainland orders are dispatched using a next working day courier service, This does not include highlands or islands.
-Non UK mainland and European orders are sent on a 3-5 day courier service.
-Delivery times may be extended during exceptionally busy periods, or periods of bad weather. However this will be kept to an absolute minimum. During extended delivery times we will do all that is possible to ensure that your delivery arrives to you as soon as possible, but these delays may be beyond our control.
-Once an order has left Revvi ltd and entered the delivery system, it will be delivered to the customer as soon as the courier company is able to do so, (if not within its usual level of service).
-Please do not book time off work or make special arrangements for receiving a delivery until you have a confirmed tracking number or have called Revvi ltd on 01276 485 800 for confirmation of a delivery date.
-A specified delivery date is not a condition of sale.
-All of the parts are sent via Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Interlink express delivery where applicable and is chargeable.
-If the courier offers a tracking number we usually send a notification to you with the tracking number.
-Please allow a suitable time before contacting us about delivery issues , up to 3 days, all items are sent out ASAP but we don't have control over the couriers.
-If an item gets lost in the post we will send out a replacement once courier confirms the item has been lost.

-Please note courier services only deliver from Monday-Friday unless you have selected the option to pay extra for Saturday delivery.
Please note, shipping costs are not actually ‘free’, we use the word free as in the context of ‘included’ in the price you pay. Therefore shipping costs are included in the cost of product(s) you buy from our site. Should you decide to return your product as you decide you do not want it, the shipping costs to you will be deducted from the refund we provide e.g. a typical cost to ship a bike in the UK is £10, to Europe it’s £20. If you want to be sure of any return refund you are entitled to please contact us prior to returning your product & request details of the shipping costs. You may also request the shipping costs prior to us sending your product & we will be happy to inform you of the costs which are included with your purchase price
If you live outside of the EU you may be liable to local taxes, ie import duty and the relevant charges levied by the courier, which may include an admin fee. Please contact your local customs department for clarification. We cannot be held liable for any additional charges you may have to pay when the product is in your country.
Revvi limited warranty - The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase! This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear parts, bearings, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets, cables or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Revvi product.
This limited warranty will be void if this product is ever:
• Used in a manner other than for recreation and transportation.
• Modified in anyway.
• Used in wet conditions.
Our warranty is a parts only warranty! It does not include labour. If the bike needs to be repaired by us or a Revvi authorized dealer the bike needs to be returned to base/ place of purchase at the customers cost.
Please note if you order a bike for delivery outside of the UK and Ireland you will be liable for the price of postage for any parts supplied under our warranty! Postage cost is only covered on warranty parts to the UK and Ireland.
It is advised to keep your original box and packaging throughout your bikes warranty period in case the bike needs to be returned to base.
Revvi does not offer an extended warranty. If you have purchased and extended warranty it must be honored by the company who the product was purchased from.

Cancellations and Amendments
Orders can be cancelled or amended within seven working days of order date. Orders cancelled after this time scale may incur a small charge. If any items need to be returned this will be at the buyers expense.
Cancellation of pre-orders
Please note: When you place a pre order, we manufacture your bike specifically to that order. This means that part of your payment is a £15 non-refundable deposit. If you decide to cancel your pre order, we will refund your payment, however we will keep the £15 deposit to help cover the costs of administration & re-sale of your order to another customer. This only apples to pre-orders and not to orders where an item is in stock. If you cancel an order for a stock item, we will refund you in full.
Pre-order delivery dates
Due to the very high demand for our products you may often see that we are out of stock & that you can only pre order. For pre orders please look carefully at the expected delivery date for the product you are interested in before buying. Pre order delivery dates may be subject to change as a result of factors outside our control, such as delays in manufacture or shipping delays caused by re-routing of ships or storms. Therefore if you place a pre order, you accept that there may be delays to the estimated delivery date shown at time of purchase. If you are ordering for a Christmas or birthday present then you accept that it is not our responsibility to deliver your product by that date. Pre order delivery dates are only a guide and we cannot control the final delivery date. If there is a change to a pre order delivery date we will do our utmost to keep you informed.
Change of delivery address
If you wish to change your delivery address from the one provided on your Paypal email account, or the one provided with your card payment please contact us. First time customers are required to have there items delivered to there billing address.
Returns and Refunds
-We accept returns for up to 14 days should you decide you do not want your item.
-We must be informed of damaged items immediately.
-If there is damage to any returned parts in transit or if the value of item has been reduced as a result of over handling you may be liable for a deduction in the refund to cover our costs.
-The Item must not have been assembled or used and must be returned to us as new.
-If you wish to cancel your order please contact us
-Notice must be received in writing to notify us of your intention to cancel the order, stating your reasons why, date of purchase and contact details.
-If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us.
-We recommend you use a delivery service that offers a tracking number and insures the goods.
-Please insure you package items you are returning well.
-When making a return your original invoice must be included to show your proof of purchase.
-Upon return the item will be inspected, if returned as new then a refund or exchange will be made minus any delivery costs incurred by us.
-We will refund any amounts due within 30 days of return.
